<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>In the Bureau for Family Assistance, Division of Early Care and Education, the family childcare regulatory supervisor is responsible for day-to-day administrative supervision of family childcare regulatory specialists to ensure uniform application of all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to the family childcare program. Specific duties of the supervisor include review and approval of all case management system data, employee childcare policy and procedure adherence, including the approval of policy and regulatory waivers. This position will also conduct unit meetings, provide training and coaching to new staff, review and approve timecards, review travel and leave requests, supervise staff in multiple counties by shadowing staff on site visits, training new staff and conducting one on one meetings.
