Check out our Nurse Testimonial to hear what it's like to work at Illuminus.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals. </li><li>Ability to relate well to all individuals. </li><li>Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. </li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. </li><li>Ability to adapt to change. </li></ul> <p>Experience and Training</p> <ul> <li>Minimum age of 18 years old is required. </li><li>High school graduate or high school equivalency diploma. </li><li>Successful completion and certification of the State of Wisconsin approved Mediation Administration Assistant training program. </li><li>Be current on the State of Wisconsin nurse aide directory. </li><li>Be current on the federal nurse aid directory. </li><li>A Licensed Practical Nurse may be employed as a Medication Administration Assistant when successfully completing the required educational units annually and maintaining licensure with the State of Wisconsin. </li></ul>
