Your purpose-driven work plays a vital role in protecting public health, supporting communities, and shaping a safer, more sustainable future.</p> <p>Thatcher Company is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Manager for its Salt Lake City, Utah, plant.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise maintenance staff, planners, and contractors. </li><li>Manage maintenance schedules, priorities, and work orders through the CMMS system. </li><li>Own and drive preventive (PM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance and reliability programs. </li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. </li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, PSM, and environmental regulations. </li><li>Partner with operations and engineering to reduce downtime and improve productivity. </li><li>Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance planning. </li><li>Conduct root-cause failure analyses (RCFA) and implement long-term corrective actions. </li><li>Support team training, development, and performance. </li><li>Assist with reliability improvements and capital project execution. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>6-8 years of maintenance or reliability experience in manufacturing or chemical operations. </li><li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience. </li><li>Strong mechanical, electrical, and process systems knowledge. </li><li>Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, and work order systems. </li><li>Working knowledge of OSHA, PSM, and environmental compliance. </li><li>Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related experience). </li><li>Lean or Six Sigma experience. </li></ul>
