Master's Degree preferred with major course work in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or another closely related field.</p> <p>Related experience: Prior experience in HR (or similar field) or Change Leadership at a Manager/Director level in a complex, integrated healthcare system focusing on physicians, Experience with organizational talent and leadership development.</p> <p>Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and practices. Working knowledge of physician and provider compensation. </li><li>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Strong leadership skills; ability to create and work within a collaborative team environment with a strong customer service orientation. </li><li>Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to create Power Point presentations and effectively deliver content to all levels of the organization. </li><li>Computer Proficiency: MS Office applications.
