We honor our mission to care for every man, woman and child who needs us by investing in technology, people and capabilities that allow us to set the standard for quality care.</p> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Benefits first day of employment (Including: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life, STD/LTD) </li><li>Daily Pay </li><li>Retirement savings account with employer match </li><li>Generous paid time off programs </li><li>Employee referral incentive program </li><li>Tuition/professional development reimbursement </li><li>State of the art equipment </li><li>Supportive team approach </li></ul> <p>The Service Leader of Provider Development & Recruitment drives strategy, planning, and execution for provider talent management, including recruitment, retention, onboarding, mentoring, talent and leadership development, succession planning, provider relations, engagement, and coaching.</p> <p>Department Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Develops and executes annual strategic plans in partnership with Medical Directors and SJMG leadership. </li><li>Leads the Provider Development & Recruitment team, overseeing budget, compliance, HR, and legal matters. </li><li>Provides coaching, performance feedback, and process improvements while managing stakeholder relationships. </li></ul> <p>Provider Recruitment</p> <ul> <li>Leads recruitment strategy for key specialties, collaborating with senior leaders to assess workforce needs. </li><li>Implements best practices for sourcing, outreach, and retention, partnering with System Office and external recruiters. </li><li>Oversees marketing, diversity initiatives, residency partnerships, and onboarding programs. </li><li>Manages contracting, compensation models, and recruitment analytics. </li></ul> <p>SJHS Development</p> <ul> <li>Drives diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and leadership development programs. </li><li>Aligns culture, values, and engagement strategies with organizational priorities. </li><li>Oversees change management, performance management, and provider experience improvement efforts. </li><li>Develops and manages scorecards, 360 feedback, provider relations, and dispute resolution processes. </li><li>Ensures continuous learning, professional development, and alignment with healthcare trends. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred with major course work in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or another closely related field.</p> <p>Related experience: Prior experience in HR (or similar field) or Change Leadership at a Manager/Director level in a complex, integrated healthcare system focusing on physicians, Experience with organizational talent and leadership development.</p> <p>Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and practices. Working knowledge of physician and provider compensation. </li><li>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Strong leadership skills; ability to create and work within a collaborative team environment with a strong customer service orientation. </li><li>Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to create Power Point presentations and effectively deliver content to all levels of the organization. </li><li>Computer Proficiency: MS Office applications.
