We also promise to</p> <p>care for you as an individual and help you grow in your role.</p> <p>The Business Development Support Associate is responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic</p> <p>relationships with partners and potential customers. This role plays a vital part in the development of a robust</p> <p>pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with clients, both directly</p> <p>and indirectly.</p> <p>Collaboration is key in this position; the associate works closely with cross-functional teams, including</p> <p>marketing, sales, and product development, to implement and drive effective business development initiatives.</p> <p>This role is essential in ensuring the sustainable growth and success of the organization by fostering meaningful</p> <p>connections and supporting sales efforts.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Business Development team in identifying and qualifying sales leads through comprehensive </li></ul> <p>market research and targeted outreach efforts.</p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-depth research into industry trends, perform competitive analysis, and identify potential </li></ul> <p>clients to provide valuable insights for the sales team.</p> <ul> <li>Upload pertinent files into Salesforce to maintain organized records. </li><li>Input and manage data into CRM systems or spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of sales </li></ul> <p>activities.</p> <ul> <li>Regularly update CRM systems to reflect real-time data on leads, sales activities, and follow-ups. </li><li>Research leads as necessary to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts. </li><li>Schedule sales meetings, calls, and appointments to facilitate the team's engagement with prospects. </li><li>Coordinate calendars and manage appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient time </li></ul> <p>management.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare engaging sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support business </li></ul> <p>development initiatives.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain robust communication with prospects, promptly addressing inquiries and fostering a high </li></ul> <p>level of engagement.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with marketing teams to support the development and execution of lead generation </li></ul> <p>campaigns.</p> <ul> <li>Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics related to sales and business development </li></ul> <p>activities.</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate effective communication between internal departments to ensure alignment of client needs </li></ul> <p>and sales strategies.</p> <ul> <li>Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team as needed. </li><li>Contact potential leads and arrange lunch meetings to foster relationships. </li><li>Utilize RXVantage for the efficient scheduling of appointments. </li><li>Accurately record all lunches and appointments in the Business Development calendars. </li><li>Manage the practice NDA process and similar DocuSign procedures to ensure compliance and </li></ul> <p>documentation.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. </li></ul> <p>Equivalent work experience may be considered.</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or client relationship management </li></ul> <p>role.</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with industry or market relevant to the organization's business focus is preferred. </li><li>Proven experience in managing administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and </li></ul> <p>reporting.</p> <ul> <li>Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or </li></ul> <p>similar platforms.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. </li><li>Ability to create visually appealing and professional presentations. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and </li></ul> <p>internal teams.</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and market trends. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. </li><li>High level of accuracy in managing documentation and reporting. </li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force </li></ul> <p>frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
