<p>Warehouse Associate</p> <p>Radwell International LLC | Warehouse Operations</p> <p>Full-Time | Hourly | On-site</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday - 9:30am to 6:30pm</p> <p>1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046</p> <p>The Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling orders by accurately picking and processing inventory through the AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system. Additional responsibilities include inventory replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory control tasks. This role works closely with ASRS technology, conveyor systems, and warehouse software to process inventory through QA order closing and prepare items for immediate shipment, consolidation, or transfer to technicians on the production floor.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely and accurate inventory picking and fulfillment transactions </li><li>Pick sales orders, requisitions, and transfers using WM6 software </li><li>Ensure order accuracy and consistency across all system platforms </li><li>Invoice orders in P21 </li><li>Route picked inventory to appropriate areas </li><li>Induct incoming inventory into the AutoStore system </li><li>Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy </li><li>Identify and report inventory discrepancies </li><li>Cross-train in other warehouse areas to support operational goals </li><li>Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Inventory management or warehouse experience preferred </li><li>Dependable and reliable </li><li>Organized </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Ability to follow written instructions </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills Required</p> <ul> <li>Strong computer proficiency </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Ability to work at a fast pace </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot </li><li>Problem-solving abilities </li><li>Strong communication skills with management and team members </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Long periods of continuous standing, turning, and repetitive hand motion </li><li>Limited sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling </li><li>Frequent walking </li><li>Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous lifting up to 25 pounds </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Commission</p> <p>The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18 per hour.</p> <p>Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.</p> <p>Eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.</p> <p>Work Schedule</p> <p>This is an hourly position scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm. The schedule may change based on business needs.
