Manages vendor relationships and ensures service agreements and contract provisions are met. Partners with internal departments to ensure continuity of bank -wide services and supplies. Maintains adequate inventory levels and availability of supplies for the bank's services for multiple departments. Troubleshoots supply issues, coordinates needs among the multiple departments and ensures that products are readily available in a timely, cost-effective and safe manner.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Performs any functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.</p> <ul> <li>Manages the vendor relationships and is responsible for initiating and meeting with vendors to collect information, services, purchasing alternatives, ensure maximization of purchases, participates in the negotiation of pricing, contracts and agreements. </li><li>Manages the entire process to ensure accurate records for orders, repairs, invoices, returns/exchanges. </li><li>Prepare summaries and recommendations to management for cost effective utilization of resources. </li><li>Approves invoices for payment and resolves discrepancies to correct pricing or delivery issues. </li><li>Assists in the evaluation/servicing of new products and equipment for stakeholders. </li><li>Manages the vendor services activity to ensure the availability of required supplies, special equipment, and other service requirements to ensure continuity of operations. </li><li>Reviews service contracts and ensures continuous, cost-effective components of contracts are delivered by vendors. </li><li>Ensures that agreements are processed through the bank's Finance and Information Security Systems and all compliance documents are completed and up to date. </li><li>Manages purchasing supplies, equipment and services required for bank departments. Works with administrators, supervisors, and technical specialists to ensure appropriate supplies and equipment. </li><li>Supervises inventory levels in the facility storeroom, and special areas to ensure continuous service needs are met in non-retail locations and the bank branch network. Maintains accurate records in the processing and documentation of activities. </li><li>Key member of the Facilities Team responsible for evaluating department requirements, plans and equipment needs, supply types and levels and making recommendations to management. </li><li>Responsible for partnering with internal departments and the Facilities' Team to ensure continuity of operations. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY SCOPE:</p> <p>No supervisory responsibility</p> <p>INDEPENDENT ACTION:</p> <p>Ability to work independently and exercise proper judgment on special projects and assigned duties.
