<p>Akkodis is seeking a Test Lead for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. Candidates must have strong expertise in testing techniques, Agile methodology, and experience with Jira for test tracking.</p> <p>Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Test Lead job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure comprehensive coverage and adherence to testing standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and manage testing teams in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases across onshore/offshore models.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate defect management activities, including conducting detailed status reporting and leading defect resolution calls.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning and test tracking using Jira dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with business, IT, and QA teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and report testing progress, providing clear communication to stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of quality outcomes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>6-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years as a Testing Lead on large-scale projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of testing techniques, standards, and experience in creating test strategies and plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and Jira for test tracking and dashboard creation.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
