Works closely with creative and CRM teams to build testing frameworks, optimize performance, and deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience at scale.</p> <p>Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Develops and manages structured testing roadmaps to improve campaign performance across creative, copy, targeting, bidding, and placements. </li><li>Partners closely with the creative team to generate high volumes of on-brand, conversion-optimized assets and provides briefs, insights, and feedback loops based on performance data. </li><li>Collaborates with the CRM and Marketing Operations teams to align campaigns with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and full-funnel nurture flows. </li><li>Analyzes campaign performance and translates insights into actionable recommendations that increase lead volume and reduce CPL. </li><li>Owns budget planning and pacing across Meta campaigns, ensuring alignment with channel goals and ROI targets. </li><li>Maintains a close watch on platform trends, algorithm updates, and new features and tests new formats and betas to stay ahead of the curve. </li><li>Ensures all campaigns adhere to compliance, privacy, and brand standards, particularly within the highly regulated financial services environment. </li><li>Provides transparent performance reporting and contributes to weekly and monthly reviews with internal stakeholders. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Reports To</p> <ul> <li>Director, Digital Marketing </li></ul> <p>Qualifications - Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Qualifications - Education - Field(s)/Profession(s)</p> <ul> <li>Marketing, Advertising, or related field. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), with a strong track record in direct response or lead generation. </li><li>Deep understanding of campaign optimization levers, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative testing. </li><li>Success managing large budgets and driving measurable results (CPL, ROAS, lead-to-close rates) within a performance marketing environment. </li><li>Experience collaborating with creative teams or agencies to scale ad production and test high-performing content variations. </li><li>Analytical mindset with strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets; Looker or similar BI tools a plus. </li><li>Experience working within a CRM-integrated funnel to retarget leads and improve conversion performance. </li><li>Experience in financial services, mortgage, or other regulated industries. </li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is ($104,600 - $130,700) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
