<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Consumer PO in Souderton, PA.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert for consumer products and customer experience </li><li>Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities within the consumer segment </li><li>Analyze the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy </li><li>Manage select consumer products, focusing on growth, development, and commercialization </li><li>Develop and maintain customer profiles to guide product decisions </li><li>Define product strategies, including promotion and positioning, to support customer acquisition and retention </li><li>Maintain product roadmap and backlog, incorporating customer and sales feedback </li><li>Recommend product enhancements and new product ideas, including business case development </li><li>Determine pricing strategies to achieve growth and financial objectives </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams such as leadership, operations, marketing, and risk management </li><li>Partner with sales to develop campaigns and initiatives for product growth </li><li>Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve product-related issues </li><li>Develop training materials for employees or customers </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field </li><li>5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer or digital products </li><li>Strong knowledge of consumer segments and product solutions </li><li>Proven ability to develop programs for customer acquisition and engagement </li><li>Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering optimal customer experiences </li><li>Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and influencing skills </li><li>Customer-centric, curious, and solution-oriented </li><li>Comfortable making decisions using data and business insights </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools </li></ul>
