<p>Department Summary:</p> <p>Boston Children's at Martha Eliot offers primary and preventive care for children, adolescents, and young adults, including well-child appointments and sick visits, as well as specialty services like behavioral health and optometry.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Working in a busy pediatric practice with a wide variety of pediatric/adolescent primary and urgent health care needs including immunizations, well child-care, growth and development issues, and asthma. </li><li>Communicating with patients, families and health care providers. </li><li>Working day/evening rotation, Thursday evenings and weekend rotation to the main campus primary care clinic. Holiday coverage. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>BSN degree </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1-year pediatric RN experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting (3 years strongly preferred) </li><li>Spanish speaking preferred </li></ul> <p>License/Certification:</p> <ul> <li>MA RN license </li></ul> <p>Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs</p> <p>The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.</p> <p>Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
