<p>Non-exempt; full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; full-benefits; grant funded </p> <p>This position supports the administration of early intervention services by managing data systems, coordinating intake and documentation processes, and ensuring compliance with reporting, grant and billing requirements. Additional required or preferred qualifications may apply based on operational needs, as approved by Human Resources.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: </p> <p>A successful incumbent operating in this role displays the following:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the MD Online IFSP database with the ability to identify and fix mistakes that negatively impact child records and/or data </li><li>Knowledge of the federal and state data points to monitor </li><li>Advanced knowledge of MOIFSP forms </li><li>Knowledge of the Frederick County Infants and Toddlers intake/referral process </li><li>Knowledge of federal, state, FCITP timelines </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel </li><li>Knowledge of Medical Assistance Billing processes </li><li>Knowledge of Insight (billing system) </li><li>Knowledge of Eligibility Verification System </li><li>Skilled in the use of computers and software applications </li><li>Ability to create data tracking systems to capture accurate data points </li><li>Ability to work closely with management to monitor and analyze data </li><li>Ability to track and organize documentation to assist staff with billing </li><li>Ability to train County staff members and partners on the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process/document and how to use the Maryland Online IFSP Database </li></ul> <p>PREFERENCE MAY BE GIVEN FOR:</p> <ul> <li>Data entry work experience in an electronic database (excluding Excel) </li><li>Experience running reports and extracting program data from electronic databases (excluding Excel) to support operational needs </li><li>Experience verifying medical assistance information and completing eligibility checks (e.g., EVS) </li><li>Experience compiling, organizing and verifying hard and electronic files for state or federal auditing </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <ul> <li>While working in this position, the employee is required to constantly sit </li><li>While working in this position, the employee is required to constantly work indoors </li><li>Available for varied evening and weekend work hours to accommodate meetings, special events, etc. </li></ul> <p>KIND OF EXAMINATION (may include):</p> <ul> <li>An evaluation of training and qualifications </li><li>One or more interviews </li></ul>
