<p>Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Financial Analyst III.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with financial or operational information </li><li>Develops modeling, forecasting, and other analytical tools to improve processing, decision-making and reporting when needed </li><li>Designs and analyzes dues reporting and financial trends using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining </li><li>Plans, organizes and manages various projects and other resources in a timely and efficient manner </li><li>Works with other functional areas within the company to establish performance and operational metrics to improve and measure capability across the organization </li><li>Makes key decisions regarding the design and approach of business solutions with minimal supervision </li><li>Develops and applies leadership and team building skills </li><li>In addition, will help support the other members of the analytical team* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS or Business, or equivalent work experience required; Experience will be accepted for the education requirement </li><li>CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred </li><li>5+ years of experience in financial or operational analysis, budgeting or forecasting; Previous leadership experience preferred </li><li>4-5 years finance experience in a corporate environment </li><li>Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment </li><li>Working knowledge of financial and statistical analysis </li><li>Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, be well organized </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management and peers </li><li>Able to make prompt, accurate decisions; This position works under deadlines and pressure </li><li>Advanced knowledge of excel required and access databases </li><li>Database and statistical modeling experience preferred </li><li>Relational database experience </li><li>Oracle Business Intelligence Systems knowledge preferred </li></ul>
