Demonstrates and promotes Broward Health values, service for excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Will be responsible for the assigned enterprise service line and reporting to the Corporate Transformation Executive. Will be responsible for the collaborative development and implementation of integrated operating plans with Broward Health Point. This position will be accountable for managing the cost, quality, access, and service. Provides an atmosphere conducive to team development and professional growth for associates. Demonstrates and promotes corporate values, service excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Service lines areas to include but limited to all areas of Women's and Children's specialties for Broward HealthPoint.
