And now, we're growing our team and looking for talented individuals like you!</p> <p>Position: Construction Project Manager</p> <p>Location: Total Restoration Solutions, Greater Cincinnati, OH-specializing in fire, wind, and water restoration projects across Greater Cincinnati, OH.</p> <p>Competitive Pay: $70-$75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of construction projects. </li><li>Oversee subcontractor work and inspect properties regularly to ensure adherence to project plans, budget, and timelines. </li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and report updates to the Area Manager. </li><li>Analyze and resolve any issues that arise on the job site to ensure smooth project progression. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any violations as necessary. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation and keep all stakeholders informed. </li><li>Foster strong relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion. </li><li>Proactively manage delays due to weather or emergencies to keep projects on track. </li><li>Lead and supervise teams, ensuring alignment with Towne Properties' values and goals. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience plus 5 years of related experience. </li><li>Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques. </li><li>Proven project management and self-management skills. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and complex instructions. </li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to customers, subcontractors, and team members. </li><li>Basic math skills and a working knowledge of geometry and algebra. </li><li>Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel). </li><li>Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team effectively. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changes in project scope or timelines. </li></ul> <p>Why you'll agree Towne Properties is a Great Place to Work:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Training: Benefit from paid training through our award-winning Towne University development program, featuring a tailored track of classes to advance your career with Towne Properties. </li><li>Exceptional Benefits: </li><li>401(k) plan with company match. </li><li>Paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal time. </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, along with Flexible Spending Accounts. </li><li>Cell Phone Allowance: Use your own iPhone or Android smartphone and receive a $35 monthly cell phone allowance.
