<p>Salary: $30-$38/hr</p> <p>Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the school setting.</p> <p>We are excited to announce that Maxim Healthcare is partnering with District 428 in Dekalb, IL in our search for 1:1 school nurses and float nurses!</p> <p>Openings:</p> <p>1:1 School Nurse: We currently have two medically complex students between the ages of 3-4 years in the early learning program who need g-tube feedings, trach suctioning and vent care throughout the day. We also have a student at the middle school with g-tube/trach care needs with epilepsy. Other duties for these sweeties may include (but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Med management </li><li>Wound care </li><li>Filing paperwork </li><li>Educating students/parents/teachers on healthy habits </li><li>some lifting may be required </li><li>update medical records </li></ul> <p>Shifts: Monday-Thursday required, 8:30AM-4PM</p> <p>Float Nurse: Overall, the district is also looking for a nurse to be on call and be able to cover buildings throughout the district when other nurses are out and to fill the absence to cover the health office and the 1:1 student for the day.
