<p>Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking & Global Capital Markets Technology department is looking for an Executive Director to lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of agentic GenAI applications for Investment Banking. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, blending deep software development expertise with team management to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience building software platforms on prem and in the cloud, data engineering, and API-based development. This role also requires experience implementing solutions using Generative AI, and the candidate should have a passion for using AI to increase productivity as well as an entrepreneurial mindset to generate ideas for new products as opportunities are identified.
