We are looking for leadership skills to develop a new group internally.</p> <p>If you are one who like to build a team, has strong skillsets and likes to see your own ideas come to life, apply quickly!</p> <p>SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Must be capable of trouble shooting, developing,</p> <p>and problem solvingduring machining, measuring and assembly.Notify Work Group leader of issues that effect quality and deliveryMust be capable of measuring and machining parts to defined tolerances Assist in training other department personnelPerform other miscellaneous related duties as assigned Use statistical process controls to ensure part quality meets customer requirements.Adjusts or corrects existing set-ups, change or alter tools to maintain quality</p> <p>of work, make repairs according to specifications.</p> <p>Communicates with engineering, vendors, machine attendants, internal andexternal customersProvide training for associates as needed.
