<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position will be part of the xEV Regional INV PE group and will be responsible for activity and support for xEV inverter products. The purpose for the position will be to support activities to establish equipment layouts, parts flow and technical documentation preparations for programs related to xEV INV products. This position offers opportunities to work with a wide variety of aspects of the manufacturing processes, a wide variety of departments and levels of management within the company both domestic and international. Essential functions of this job include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide Line and Plant Layouts for new Production Lines </li><li>Assist other PE engineers with preparing documents required for line verification at start-up. </li><li>Assist other PE Engineers in setting up testing trials/experiments for customer/internal troubles, including countermeasure activity as needed. </li><li>Support development and research of new technologies </li></ul> <p>Description of Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>% of Time Spent performing Duties</p> <p>Support INV PE's with documentation preparation for launch of new xEV manufacturing production lines</p> <p>50%</p> <p>Support preparation of equipment layouts xEV products</p> <p>15%</p> <p>Support development and research of new technologies</p> <p>15%</p> <p>Support M/P equipment problems and develop solutions</p> <p>15%</p> <p>Other Duties as Assigned to support Corporate Objectives</p> <p>5%</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):</p> <ul> <li>4 Year College Degree in related field technical field or equivalent experience and education. </li><li>Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties </li><li>Ability to make quick, accurate, data driven decisions and utilize excellent problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.) and Excel and PowerPoint. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Must have transportation to and from local facility.
