<p>LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS</p> <p>Leominster High School</p> <p>Dean of Students</p> <p>Leominster High School is seeking a Dean of Students for a permanent position starting in</p> <p>September, 2025. LHS Deans are responsible for, among other things, student discipline,</p> <p>attendance review and enforcement, implementing safety procedures, and supervision of</p> <p>students in a variety of settings. Deans are part of the School Safety Team and the Student</p> <p>Support Team. The position is in the LEA Teachers Union contract.</p> <p>Leominster High School serves over 1800 students in a growing and diverse community that</p> <p>includes a comprehensive and vocational school.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>? B.S./B.A. with a strong GPA in relevant coursework</p> <p>? Current certification or qualified to obtain Massachusetts Certification grades 9-12 in any</p> <p>subject area</p> <p>? Ability to help develop student executive functioning skills.</p> <p>? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, to include the ability to work with</p> <p>families and outside agencies.</p> <p>? Strong planning and collaboration skills.</p> <p>? Skills in de-escalation strategies, conflict resolution, and behavior management</p> <p>? Experience with diverse student populations preferred.</p> <p>?
