<p>Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Louisville, KY</p> <p>Petroleum Service Corporation is seeking a Building and Facilities person to join our team! Some experience is required. (Monday- Friday)</p> <p>Pay Range: $22.50 with opportunity for advancement</p> <p>Job Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs minor building and facilities repairs (toilet flush kits, light bulb changes, ceiling tile replacement, office moves and/or assembling furniture, hanging shelves, etc.) </li><li>Sets up/tears down meeting spaces for special events. </li><li>Maintains seasonal equipment and managing rock salt inventories. </li><li>Manages site records retention requirements. </li><li>Rebuilds small air driven pumps to maintain site inventory. </li><li>Performs safety attendant duties for other trades on site (elevated work, CSE, hot work, etc.) </li><li>Trains and performs duties of Stores Clerk and Tool Room attendant in back-up capacity as needed. </li><li>Completes building safety inspections on a regular basis. </li><li>Operate an aerial lift such as a JLG, scissor lit, etc. and other small machinery. </li><li>Operate a sit down and stand-up forklift. </li><li>Completes any other duties assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious at all times. </li><li>Must have a general knowledge of maintenance repair skills. </li><li>Must have basic skills in Word, Excel and SAP. </li><li>Great organization skills. </li><li>Be able to work some overtime. </li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license. </li><li>18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. </li><li>Stable work history with good references from past employers. </li><li>Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check. </li><li>PSC is a veteran-friendly company.
