<p>Akkodis is seeking a PySpark Developer for a Contract job with a client in Philadelphia, PA. Onsite is preferred, but remote is an option. We are looking for applicants with strong experience in PySpark and Glue ETL engineering.</p> <p>Rate Range: $46.97/hour to $50.75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>PySpark Developer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and PySpark.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement scalable data processing solutions for large datasets.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with data engineers and architects to optimize data workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data transformations.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for data engineering.</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong hands-on experience with PySpark and AWS Glue.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in ETL development and data integration.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based data architectures.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Python programming and data manipulation.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
