The role will require excellent relationship building to manage customer expectations and drive growth and transformation for all stakeholders.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Business Development and accountable for Business Growth</p> <p>Relationship building and Customer experience Management</p> <p>Opportunity identification, Leads Generation and Sales Lifecycle Management</p> <p>Develop account growth strategy focused on identifying new business areas and new service lines</p> <p>Manage the P&L for the responsibility</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>General Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of Sales Management </li><li>Experience in Customer Management </li><li>Strong Communication skills and Negotiation skills </li><li>Experience Financial planning, Contract management & Legal matters related to business </li><li>Experience in organizing and conducting large & strategic events </li><li>Understanding of how P&L is managed </li></ul> <p>Technology and Domain:</p> <ul> <li>Retail Domain Experience, with functional understanding of retail domain </li><li>High level understanding of various products and solutions in Retail industry </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $148,800 - $201,300 a year</p> <p>#LI-AD1</p>
