<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Billing Specialist in Lakeland, FL.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners regarding billing and accounts receivable inquiries </li><li>Support sales teams and clients by researching and resolving invoicing discrepancies </li><li>Monitor aging reports and track past-due invoices </li><li>Perform research and analysis related to billing and invoicing issues </li><li>Process invoice adjustments and corrections as needed </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and follow up to ensure timely resolution* Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field </li><li>Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment </li><li>Self-motivated with strong time management skills </li><li>Proficiency in Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, reporting) </li><li>Experience editing and reviewing PDF documents </li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities </li><li>Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
