Let's make that impact together.</p> <p>The IT Manager for HCM at Solstice Advanced Materials will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and operational skills to manage HCM projects and ensure alignment with business objectives. The IT Manager will collaborate with various departments, including HR, IT, and Finance, to deliver effective HCM solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the implementation and maintenance of HCM systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and compliance standards. </li><li>Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to integrate HCM systems with other enterprise applications. </li><li>Manage HCM projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and within budget. </li><li>Develop and maintain HCM system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and technical specifications. </li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. </li><li>Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. </li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HCM technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions. </li><li>Ensure data security and privacy compliance for all HCM systems and processes. </li><li>Train and mentor team members on HCM system functionalities and best practices. </li><li>Work closely with support teams to ensure all applications and integrations going to and from HCM are maintained, based on today's Athens implementation. </li></ul> <p>MUST HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. </li><li>At least 8+ years of IT experience with increasing technical and operational responsibilities. </li><li>Strong knowledge of HCM systems and their integration with other enterprise applications. </li><li>Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. </li><li>Solid negotiation and change management skills. </li><li>Strong people management skills, experienced with global teams. </li><li>Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations related to HCM systems. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>Innovation and continuous improvement in HCM technology and processes. </li><li>Strong commitment to data security and privacy. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends. </li><li>Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values contributions and supports professional development. </li><li>Focus on delivering value and making a meaningful impact in advancing our customers' success. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>JOB ID: HRD9085841 </li><li>Category: Information Technology </li><li>Location: 115 Tabor Road,Morris Plains,New Jersey,07950,United States </li><li>Exempt </li><li></li></ul> <p>Business Services</p> <p>Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
