Let's make that impact together.</p> <p>The IT Manager for HCM at Solstice Advanced Materials will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and operational skills to manage HCM projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
