<p>Overview</p> <p>Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Civil Project Manager to join our Power Delivery practice in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania (PA)!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>The successful candidate will assist the practice specializing in Power Delivery (transmission, substation, and/or power studies) engineering services.</p> </li><li> <p>This individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth for a Power Delivery practice.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate or direct development, energy assessment, engineering, or construction activities to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership responsibilities include:</p> </li><li> <p>Operating with integrity and sound business principals</p> </li><li> <p>Providing vision, business planning and strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Establishing goals</p> </li><li> <p>Building and maintaining positive client relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Having open communication with your partners and team</p> </li><li> <p>Growing and leading a Power Delivery practice</p> </li><li> <p>Our Project Managers manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor.</p> </li><li> <p>With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of relevant experience with power delivery, transmission line, or related projects </li><li>Bachelors Degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET </li><li>Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license </li><li>Familiar with the relevant standards, regulations, and best practices for power delivery projects </li><li>Strong technical skills in RISA 3D, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Excel, and/or GIS </li><li>Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization </li><li>Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage Power Delivery projects profitably </li></ul> <p>Why Kimley-Horn?</p> <p>At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
