<p>Direct and guide the daily and weekly work of the electrician mechanics to ensure the plant operates at maximum electrical reliability with limited downtime. The Master Electrician Mechanic applies advanced expertise in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and electrical system installation. This role provides technical leadership on complex electrical controls and ensures all work meets safety and compliance standards. Must maintain a strong command of electrical controls and their practical application.</p> <p>$2,000 Sign-On Bonus*</p> <p>Duties/Activities Required by Job</p> <ul> <li>Acts as lead for all electrical mechanics, directs all work to be completed, daily and weekly. Trains and assists all other levels of electrical mechanics, is the subject matter expert on all electrical maintenance issues. </li><li>Execute the schedules of maintenance, repair and improvement of electrical systems and equipment and cost control </li><li>Repair, troubleshoot, maintain, inspect and adjust complex electrical processes in the plant to provide uninterrupted running requirements </li><li>Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions. Lock out Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters </li><li>Daily/Weekly Reporting for all work completed and materials used and hours spent. </li></ul> <p>Educations/Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>H/S, Trade School, Vocational or advanced schooling, formal training and/or general-level maintenance with journeyman and/or masters certifications in one or more disciplines. HazMat Trained. </li><li>7- 10 yrs. Industrial Manufacturing or Skilled Trades, previous work-related experience, may include a combination of on-the-job and informal training </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with routine general preventative maintenance and repairs and non-routine high-level emergency repairs.
