<p>About Besty AI</p> <p>We're a hardworking, ambitious AI startup with 15 people.</p> <p>We're looking for someone to run the day-to-day experience of our office so the rest of the team can stay focused, move fast, and do their best work.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>You'll be responsible for making the office run smoothly at all times:</p> <ul> <li>Keep the office clean, organized, and high-functioning </li><li>Manage deliveries and set up anything that arrives </li><li>Handle food, snacks, drinks, coffee, and kitchen setup </li><li>Restock supplies and manage recurring orders </li><li>Reset rooms and spaces so they're always ready to use </li><li>Coordinate meals during busy work periods </li><li>Handle small operational issues before they become problems </li></ul> <p>You'll also:</p> <ul> <li>Notice friction and fix it without being asked </li><li>Build simple systems so things don't break twice </li><li>Help the team stay focused by removing distractions </li><li>Take ownership of anything that affects the day-to-day environment </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for</p> <ul> <li>Easy to work with, friendly, approachable </li><li>Highly proactive.
