This position will function as on-site.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage global customer collections and resolve billing variances </li><li>Handle customer inquiries and perform account analysis </li><li>Process and post cash receipts, including foreign currency and credit card transactions </li><li>Support government and commercial billing, including other platforms </li><li>Review contracts and ensure invoices comply with customer requirements </li><li>As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will partner with Sales and Field Service teams to resolve billing issues </li><li>Maintain credit limits/terms and prepare past due reporting </li><li>Support AR close, contract closeouts, and internal/external audits </li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX and company standards* High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred </li><li>6+ years of Accounts Receivable experience </li><li>Proficiency in Excel; D365 or NAVISION a plus </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Ability to work across time zones when needed </li></ul>
