The role follows a hybrid model, with in-office work expected on designated days.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>This role will provide assistance to our Return to Work Account Executives finding temporary job placements for injured workers at nonprofit facilities.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assigning and entering referrals, including contact information and restrictions </li><li>Research and identify nonprofit organizations to place injured employees for volunteer work </li><li>Ensure telephonic case manager coverage for initial meeting nonprofit appointments by creating Outlook meeting invites </li><li>Perform reminder calls to injured workers for upcoming scheduled meetings </li><li>Conduct weekly contact with injured employees participating in virtual placements </li><li>Conduct bi-weekly contact with injured employees and nonprofit management for those participating in offsite placements </li><li>Document/Index all injured employees and nonprofit management correspondence </li><li>Management and maintenance of electronic timekeeping system and reporting </li><li>Update MDOS trackers including the referral, meeting and virtual trackers </li><li>Manage mailings including return labels, offer letters, etc. </li><li>Assist with supply ordering and tracking </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Organized with attention to detail </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Positive attitude and team player mentality </li><li>Must be passionate and have a sense of urgency </li></ul> <p>Charles Taylor offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(K) with match.
