Each system we manufacture is unique to our customer's needs, so each day presents new concepts and builds that make the day-to-day work anything but ordinary.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>What You will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble, wire, and test high-precision vacuum and leak testing systems. </li><li>Interpret and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. </li><li>Perform troubleshooting and functional testing of completed systems. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. </li><li>Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a high-tech or manufacturing environment </li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatic components </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics. </li><li>Experience with vacuum systems or leak detection equipment is a plus. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Why Work at LACO?</p> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience. </li><li>Shift: Monday through Friday regular business hours with some flexibility in your start and stop times.
