<p>PBNA $28.65 / hour $28.65 / hour Position responsibilities may include general housekeeping (e.g., sanitation, yard cleaning, scrubbing, changing lights, etc.) Responsible for reworking damaged or returned product, and supplying plastic flats to the production line, etc. Maintain records, complete paperwork and documentation. Position performs miscellaneous support tasks throughout warehouse and/or manufacturing areas. This position requires pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying between 20 and 45 lbs repeatedly throughout a long work shift. In addition, the position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping. . Position may be required to work weekends and/or holidays. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: <em>Perform various physical duties as assigned, including but not limited to picking, sorting, stacking, cleaning and minor repair or maintenances tasks. </em>Maintain all safety standards <em>Regular, reliable, predictable attendance </em> Count floor and truck inventories <em>Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner (if applicable) </em>Receive and store incoming items according to warehouse standards <em>Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled </em>Maintain cleanliness in assigned area (e.g. yard and warehouse) <em>Reload route trucks promptly and safely </em>Sort and store partial cases of products returned on route trucks <em>Maintain records of daily checklist </em>Demonstrate communication, customer service and conflict resolution with peers <em>Ensure adherence to audit standards </em>Regular, reliable, predictable attendance BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: <em>18 years or older </em>Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable). HELPFUL EXPERIENCE: <em>Basic computer knowledge- Microsoft applications: word, power point, excels, etc. </em>Counting inventory (e.g., tracking in-bound/out-bound inventory using basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, etc.) <em>Controlling inventory (e.g., counting the level of inventory on the shop floor or locating or tracking products in the warehouse) </em>Process control and documentation (e.g., checking/certifying product, following process controls, meeting quality standards with tight deadlines, etc.) * Working in a warehousing environment (e.g., understanding SKU configuration, understanding the number of cases on pallets and the number of pallets on rows, operating consistently with safety standards, understanding pick aisles and warehouse layout, etc.) Working with computers (e.g., operating hand-held remote devices, building and working with spreadsheets and gate logs that show movement of products in and out of a facility, etc.) Our Company will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws, including but not limited to, San Francisco Police Code Sections 4901-4919, commonly referred to as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance; and Chapter XVII, Article 9 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, commonly referred to as the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
