Rooted in comfort and conscious living, Cariloha blends Caribbean style with the spirit of Aloha to deliver elevated, everyday essentials.</p> <p>With over 70 stores across 16 countries and a Certified B Corporation designation, Cariloha is committed to building a better, more sustainable future through innovation, quality, and responsible business practices.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>LTL Shipping</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, stack, and secure pallets for shipment according to shipping requirements </li><li>Label pallets accurately for outgoing freight </li><li>Measure, weigh, and document shipments </li><li>Assist with small parcel shipping as needed </li></ul> <p>Fulfillment Support (as needed)</p> <ul> <li>Pick, pack, label, and package orders according to customer requirements </li><li>Assist with small parcel order fulfillment </li><li>Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently </li><li>Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred, but not required </li><li>Experience with ShipStation, FedEx, UPS, or Endicia is a plus </li><li>Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day </li><li>Forklift certification may be required (training/certification provided after hire if needed) </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$16-$17/hour depending on experience </li><li>Opportunity for pay increase after 90-day introductory period </li><li>On-the-job training provided </li><li>Stable, hands-on work with opportunities to learn shipping and logistics operations </li><li>Medical, dental, vision, life insurance </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>PTO </li><li>Gym membership option through VASA </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$16-$17 per hour</p>
