<p>Description -</p> <p>Do you direct programmatic media like an air traffic controller? Do you pull all the right strings, like some sort of puppet master savant? Then maybe your considerable skills would be a perfect fit at Two by Four. We're looking for a Performance Media Associate Director who will translate business and marketing objectives into impactful programmatic digital activations. This magnificent media maven will have oversight and responsibility for the day-to-day management of all self-serve programmatic media at the agency and its proper implementation. The Performance Media Associate Director is responsible for leading the management of day-to-day execution and operations of paid media campaigns across programmatic channels and other biddable media platforms.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to setup and manage programmatic campaigns for a variety of clients across industries with varying awareness, conversion, and sales goals. </li><li>Strong strategic and executional experience trading in DSP platforms like Adelphic, The Trade Desk, and/or DV360. </li><li>Strong knowledge of programmatic best practices with a keen eye to executional details. </li><li>Ensures that client budgets are being utilized as effectively as possible-this includes building new campaigns, budget management, ongoing optimization and testing new channels/tactics/audiences/creative/etc. </li><li>Collaborates with the broader strategic planning team on budget setting, plan development, competitive trending, etc. </li><li>Leads the creation of trafficking documents and timelines, coordinating with internal (account/production/creative) teams to ensure deadlines are met. </li><li>Executes test-and-learn (A/B) programs to identify audience and creative optimization insights and learnings to ensure client goals are met. </li><li>Builds, optimizes, and reports on programmatic campaigns through both dashboard reporting and larger QBRs across traffic, engagement, and ROAS metrics. </li><li>Leads the pre- and post-launch QA process for programmatic media and traffics campaigns to ensure that all creative is uploaded properly and that all tags/pixels are firing so that campaigns launch on time and performance metrics can be properly tracked. </li><li>Ensures proper daily pacing, vendor monitoring and optimization of campaign performance. </li><li>Experience auditing programmatic accounts to QA setup and look for tactical expansion opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in programmatic execution </li><li>Strong familiarity DSP platforms (Adelphic, TTD, DV360) </li><li>Experience using performance analytics platforms (Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) </li><li>Paid search/social background is a plus </li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail </li><li>Team player with strong communication and organization skills </li><li>Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative </li></ul> <p>Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Direct Report: Media Director </li><li>A people-first, flexible work style that supports both collaboration and autonomy. </li><li>Benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, commuter benefits, Simple IRA, paid time off, paid parental leave, STD/LTD insurance and more. </li><li>Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE </li><li>Direct applicants only.
