Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.</p> <ul> <li>Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude. </li><li>Able to understand and apply company policies and procedures in the areas of safety, health, and environmental. </li><li>Effectively maintain up to date and accurate repair logs. </li><li>Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing of all RelaDyne equipment. </li><li>Repair equipment in the most cost-effective manner. </li><li>Diagnose equipment problems and communicate issues with department manager. </li><li>Properly fill out all requests for parts form and document all parts and time on job sheets. </li><li>Strong aptitude to use a variety of different tools needed to effectively complete the equipment set up. </li><li>Must have Class B CDL with Tanker, Hazmat and Air brake endorsement or willing to obtain within 6 months of start date </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Follow SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) for Fuel and Lube Equipment. </li><li>Effectively update the customer repair spread sheet in a timely manner. </li><li>Effectively set up proper Fuel, Lube, or DEF equipment at new customer site. </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Collaboration Skills </li><li>Decision Making </li><li>Results Driven </li></ul> <p>Measurements:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Satisfaction </li><li>Accurate and current equipment records </li><li>Productivity (Day's work in a day) </li><li>Safety (number of days without violation or injury) </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical role/background </li><li>Must have Class B CDL with Tanker, Hazmat and Air brake endorsement, or willing to obtain within 6 months of start date </li></ul> <p>About the company: RelaDyne, Inc. is the established leader in lubricant sales, distribution, equipment reliability services, and value-added services.
