<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for the daily operations of the front line team members of Transportation Operations, including Limo Operations, Shuttle, Fleet Operations and Traffic as well as Parking and Coat Check Operations.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees front line employees and ensures compliance with departmental policies and procedures </li><li>Assigns daily responsibilities for the staff throughout the shift </li><li>Responsible for the care and control of guest and company vehicles and equipment </li><li>Monitors employee performance and provides coaching, recognition and discipline accordingly </li><li>Handles and resolves guests complaints promptly and effectively </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures employees have the tools they need to perform their jobs </li><li>Maintains company vehicles and equipment </li><li>Reports operating issues and concerns to management </li><li>Completes annual performance evaluations and development period reviews for direct reports </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>One year of supervisory experience in a large-scale operation with a multi-faceted transportation/parking operation </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through the company carrier </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills </li><li>Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must complete all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training courses </li><li>Knowledge of Ascent, EmpowerTime and Manager Self Service systems </li><li>Knowledge of CVPS valet software system </li><li>Knowledge of Livery Coach and Micros systems </li><li>Understanding of Command center operations, including variable message signs, gates, etc. </li><li>SMART alcohol awareness </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions </li><li>Must be able to regularly visit all work related areas in Transportation </li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions </li><li>Must be able to stand for long extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
