<p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the maintenance of the hemodialysis machines and water systems. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of Bicarb delivery system, R/O water system, and hemodialysis machine. </li><li>Assists with receiving, storage and rotation of Dialysis supply inventory. </li><li>Maintains essential records for QC Monitoring. </li><li>Responsible for monitoring eye wash and refrigerator monitoring logs. </li><li>Assists with break down of Dialysis machines as needed. </li><li>Assists with patient transfers and weighing as needed. </li><li>Adheres to Infection Control practices in the Dialysis unit. </li><li>Adheres to patient confidentiality. </li><li>Performs any other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> </li><li> <p>Prefer 1 yr hospital experience and / or 1 yr hemodialysis experience</p> </li><li> <p>EDUCATION</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum - High School diploma; preferred - 2 yr. College degree</p> </li><li> <p>LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS</p> </li><li> <p>BLS Certification</p> </li></ul>
