<p>This role focuses on aircraft structural repair, modification, inspection, and composite work on Global and Challenger business aircraft, supporting a high-performance corporate aviation environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, safety, and long-term reliability of advanced business jets.</p> <ul> <li>Perform aircraft structural troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance </li><li>Fabricate and modify aircraft structural components and sheet metal parts </li><li>Perform minor composite structural repairs on attached or detached components </li><li>Assist with hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures </li><li>Support complex structural repairs both on and off aircraft </li><li>Remove and install aircraft structural components as required </li><li>Assist with aircraft component repairs and modifications </li><li>Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations when needed </li><li>Operate ground support equipment as required </li><li>Assist with aircraft towing and repositioning operations </li><li>Support maintenance activities at off-site locations when required </li><li>Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety policies, and environmental standards </li><li>Participate in 5S workplace organization and cleanliness initiatives </li><li>Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with manuals and regulations </li><li>Perform work safely, efficiently, and within required timelines </li></ul>
