<p>Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. Hawai'i Pacific Health is recognized nationally for its excellence in patient care and the use of electronic health records to improve quality and patient safety.</p> <p>The Sex Abuse Treatment Center (SATC) of the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is a statewide program established in 1976 in response to the community's concern over the absence of medical, psychological and legal support services for victims and the absence of police reporting. Today it is recognized for its leadership and expertise in providing treatment services for survivors of sexual assault, preventing sexual violence and effecting change through public policy, awareness and education. Our mission is to support the emotional healing process of those sexually assaulted in Hawai'i, to increase community awareness about their needs and to reduce the incidence of all forms of sexual assault. Through research and education we also aim to improve clinical practices. By promoting and engaging in public policy we are changing public perceptions of sexual violence, overcoming barriers to treatment and prevention, and ensuring effective criminal justice practices.</p> <p>As a Psychologist in the SATC, you will have the opportunity to assist patients and their families navigate difficult situations by providing expert and compassionate support. You will deliver psychological evaluation, psychotherapy and case consultation to patients, and collaborate with other department staff to design appropriate care and intervention plans. You will also develop clinical and teaching programs, and participate in program evaluation, research and clinical supervision. This position is for someone with developed clinical and patient care skills, the ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.</p> <p>Location: Harbor Court</p> <p>Work Schedule: Day - 10 Hours</p> <p>Work Type: Part Time Regular</p> <p>FTE: 0.500000</p> <p>Bargaining Unit: Non-Bargaining</p> <p>Exempt: Yes</p> <p>Req ID 29623</p> <p>Pay Range: 55.00 - 55.00 USD per hour</p> <p>Category: Behavioral Mental Health</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Current Hawai'i Psychology license. Must meet Medical Staff credentialing and privilege standards.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Lead or supervisory experience.
