<p>The Client Data Support Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day work and tasks of the IS Ops Data File Analysts and the IS Ops Data File Coordinators. The Supervisor oversees and prioritizes their direct reports' day-to-day workload and availability, making decisions both independently and in coordination with the Manager of Client Data Support. The Supervisor is also responsible for growing and developing the skills of their team.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Lead and Mentor</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of technical professionals, assign workloads, and set priorities for team members. </li><li>Mentor Analysts and Coordinators </li><li>Participate in system enhancements as requested </li><li>Maintain adequate staffing for the department including hiring and termination of employees </li><li>Ensure adequate and proper documentation of all team tasks </li><li>Oversees efficiency of direct reports </li><li>Prepare and deliver performance reviews </li><li>Maintain open communication with the team and management </li><li>Create training and motivational tools and resources </li><li>Provides guidance to employees pertaining to performance and procedures </li><li>Provides ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to employees and managers </li><li>Holds weekly one on one sessions with direct reports </li></ul> <p>Escalations</p> <ul> <li>Reports any issues with Allied's insurance tracking system </li><li>Leads and participates in testing of system changes and enhancements </li><li>Lead on the more complex lender implementations and issues. </li><li>Assists manager and other departments with special projects </li></ul> <p>Administrative Duties</p> <ul> <li>Works with manager to establish suitable goals, action plans, and timelines for employees </li><li>Responsible for updating Workday for pay increases, title changes, PTO, etc. for direct reports </li><li>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA): </li><li>A bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Field of Study: Technical Field </li><li>3 - 4 years of related work experience </li><li>2 years of leadership experience </li><li>Experience with employee supervision and mentoring. </li><li>Ability to pay strong attention to detail </li><li>Excellent prioritization skills </li><li>Outstanding skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
