Therefore, we seek applicants who can demonstrate their understanding of justice and who can inspire our increasingly diverse student population.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Candidates must be willing and able to support and advance the University mission. </li><li>Assist with all aspects of home game and event sports information tasks - statistics, livestreaming, event staffing, social media and media relations. </li><li>Assist with creating and publishing digital content for assigned sports and events. </li><li>Assist with content generation, scheduling and daily management of social media platforms. </li><li>Assist with updating website content such as rosters, schedules, bios and press releases. </li><li>Assist with statistical record keeping, research and archiving for all sports. </li><li>Follow all applicable NCAA, CCIW and Carroll University policies and guidelines. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain full time status in an eligible Carroll University graduate program </li><li>Additional approval is required for entrance in graduate programs outside of Education </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required - sports management or related field preferred </li><li>Previous experience with in-game, collegiate sports statistics keeping highly preferred </li><li>Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is highly desirable </li></ul> <p>Human Relations Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills as they relate to working with a variety of constituents. </li><li>Ability to function effectively as a team player within the program and athletics department. </li><li>Ability to conduct self in a productive, professional manner at all times, representing Carroll University at the highest level with University staff, student athletes, alumni and fans. </li><li>A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and an ability to quickly learn new technology applications. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, ability, socio-economic background, or job type. </li></ul> <p>Special Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have valid motor vehicle license and be insurable under the University's insurance plan. </li></ul>
