Completes training plans and identifies training resources for potential and current foster families.</p> <p>The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field </li><li>One year experience in human services field with an emphasis in foster care/child welfare </li><li>Valid drivers license with a good driving record </li><li>Proficiency with word processing or other PC-based software </li><li>Must pass Foster Home Licensing Exam within first 60 days of employment </li><li>Child Welfare Employee Licensure </li><li>Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol Certification </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>$52,416 - $68,021 per year</p> <p>Founded in 1897, The Allendale Association is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to excellence and innovation in the care, treatment, education and advocacy for children and youth with serious emotional, mental and behavioral health challenges.</p>
