This role plays a critical part in evaluating growth initiatives, capital investments, and M&A opportunities, while leading the annual budget and forecasting processes across the Group. The position partners closely with senior leadership to provide rigorous, insight-driven financial analysis that supports long-term value creation.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation</p> </li><li> <p>Own and maintain the Group's long-term financial model and long-range planning frameworks</p> </li><li> <p>Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decision-making under varying business conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Lead financial modelling for M&A opportunities, including business case development, valuation support, and integration planning</p> </li><li> <p>Support evaluation of strategic initiatives, capital investments, and major business decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the Group lead for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with FP&A, Finance, and business leaders to ensure assumptions are robust, aligned, and well-documented</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations to senior leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously enhance modelling standards, governance, and best practices across the organization</p> </li></ol> <p>Working Relationships:</p> <ul> <li>Senior Director - Global FP&A </li><li>Executive Leadership Team </li><li>Corporate Finance and FP&A teams </li><li>Strategy, M&A, and Business Development teams </li><li>Accounting and Controllership </li><li>External advisors (as required for M&A or strategic initiatives) </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field</p> <p>Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles</p> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Experience owning complex long-range financial models in a global organization </li><li>Strong background in scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and strategic evaluation </li><li>Experience supporting M&A transactions, including modelling and integration planning </li><li>Experience leading enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred but not required</p> <p>Soft Skills/Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills </li><li>Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities </li><li>Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear executive insights </li><li>Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills </li><li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills </li><li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and model integrity </li><li>Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <p>Travel: No regular travel required (occasional travel as needed for strategic initiatives or other adhoc activity)</p> <p>Hours & Conditions: Typically, Monday - Friday, 8+ hour days in office setting, may be able to work 1 day from home with approval.</p> <p>Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time.
