<p>Description</p> <p>Lenze Americas is expanding its service business to include local repair operations and is hiring an experienced supervisor to help launch this exciting new offering and lead a newly formed team focused on board-level electronics repairs.</p> <p>Position Title: Repair Supervisor</p> <p>Position Location: Uxbridge, MA</p> <p>Reporting to: Service Manager</p> <p>Position Type: Onsite Monday - Friday</p> <p>Compensation: $71,000-$79,000 (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience)</p> <p>Position Snapshot: The Mechanical Repair Supervisor oversees daily repair operations for Lenze products while providing hands-on support for complex diagnostics, rework, and urgent customer repairs. This role supervises mechanical and electronic repair technicians, balances workload and priorities to meet safety, quality, and turnaround targets, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards. The position also partners closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Service to resolve issues, improve repair processes, and drive continuous improvement across the repair function.</p> <p>About you: You are a hands-on supervisor who enjoys solving technical problems and leading a team to deliver high-quality repair results.
