Make It Possible.</p> <p>You will support warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for the warehouse organization. In this role, you will implement warehouse strategy and effectively execute operations to ensure optimum logistics solutions while supporting various routes-to-market, and balancing service and cost. Bachelors Degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated familiarity with MES / ERP / planning system / Supply Chains, and at least 3 years of experience creating analytic visualizations and summaries, based on complex data sources,?utilizing?any of the following tools: MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SQL, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3-5 years in Warehouse or Operations experience needed</p> </li><li> <p>SAP preferred but experience with managing warehouse functions using a WMS (Warehouse Management System) 3-5?years' experience</p> </li><li> <p>Must have 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel requirements: None</p> <p>Work schedule: Monday- Friday (Flexibility based on business needs)</p> <p>Salary and Benefits:</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.</p> <p>In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
