<p>Summer Camp Counselor JobID: 3797</p> <p>Position Type:</p> <p>Athletics/Activities</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>5/5/2026</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>District-Wide ALL Locations</p> <p>&nbsp&nbspAdditional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>Medford Summer Fun Program Art Counselor Position</p> <p>The Medford Summer Fun Program is seeking a fun, creative, and energetic Art Counselor with a passion for working with children, arts and crafts, and teaching.</p> <p>Program Dates & Hours:</p> <p>Monday, June 29 Friday, August 14 (7 weeks)</p> <p>7:30 AM 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday</p> <p>$17.00 per hour</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Plan and lead engaging art classes for children ages 513</p> </li><li> <p>Teach four classes per day across the following age groups:</p> </li><li> <p>Ages 56</p> </li><li> <p>Ages 78</p> </li><li> <p>Ages 910</p> </li><li> <p>Ages 1113</p> </li><li> <p>Manage groups of approximately 2530 children per class</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and follow a daily lesson plan for each group</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a positive, inclusive, and creative environment</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively and collaborate with coworkers</p> </li><li> <p>Adapt to schedule changes as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain punctuality and reliability on a daily basis</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience teaching art or working with groups of children is preferred, but not required </li><li>Strong organizational and classroom management skills </li><li>Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm </li><li>Ability to engage and motivate children of varying ages </li></ul>
