<p>Home Care CNA or HHA - Flex 1, 2, or 3 Per Diem Program</p> <p>Must have a valid Connecticut Driver's License</p> <p>Shifts will be assigned based on needs of the organization and can range from 4 to 12 hours per shift.</p> <p>Shift commitment options:</p> <p>8:00 AM - 8:00 PM</p> <p>8:00 PM - 8:00 AM</p> <p>Per Diem positions where employees commit to work:</p> <ul> <li>Flex 1 work 1 shift every other weekend. </li><li>Flex 2 work 2 shifts to include every other weekend. </li><li>Flex 3 work 3 shifts to include every other weekend. </li><li>Rotating weekends </li></ul> <p>Additional shifts may be worked. These shifts will be assigned according to the needs of the organization.
