<p>Performance Health is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and leads a team to ensure efficient, safe, and organized processes that meet customer needs. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with supervisory duties, including training, performance management, and workflow optimization. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures compliance with safety standards, drives operational excellence, and fosters a collaborative team environment.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Leadership & Supervision</p> <ul> <li>Provide direction, assign responsibilities, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals </li><li>Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of warehouse staff </li><li>Conduct training for new hires and current employees on safety, equipment operation, and standard procedures </li><li>Monitor performance, provide feedback, and participate in performance reviews; recommend promotions or disciplinary actions as needed </li><li>Communicate daily priorities to team </li></ul> <p>Warehouse Operations</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols </li><li>Oversee receiving, inventory management, cycle counts, and order fulfillment </li><li>Maintain organized aisles and storage areas; proactively identify improvements in layout and workflow </li><li>Safely operate and supervise use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and box trucks (26 ft or less) </li><li>Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, including manifests, bills of lading, and cutoff times </li></ul> <p>Customer Service & Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and, when necessary, perform deliveries and installations of products at customer facilities </li><li>Ensure all team members understand and follow safety and quality standards during deliveries </li></ul> <p>Administrative & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and review operational reports (e.g., daily summaries, inventory discrepancies) </li><li>Alert management to irregularities in inventory or processes and recommend corrective actions </li></ul> <p>Safety & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Enforce safety rules and maintain a hazard-free environment </li><li>Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>3-5 years of experience working in warehouse operations, including delivery and installation of products </li><li>2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity within a distribution center </li><li>Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) </li><li>Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; CDL desirable but not required </li><li>Forklift certification desired, not required </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills </li><li>Must be able to lift/move 50 -100 pounds </li><li>Ability to travel 25-50% of the time which includes daily travel for deliveries and some overnight travel as needed </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs. </li><li>This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits. </li></ul> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
