<p>Description</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>As part of the Pool Staff, you'll be responsible for enforcing pool entry procedures and pool rules</p> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enforcing all pool rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner.</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>Maintain an inventory of all poolside equipment to always be in good working condition for guests</p> </li><li> <p>Provide information and services to residents</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with set up and breakdown of poolside activities as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure bathers are showering prior to entering pool.</p> </li><li> <p>Clean up the general pool area by returning chairs and equipment back to proper locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Report any safety or maintenance concerns to Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains bathrooms and general cleaning of facility</p> </li><li> <p>Checks sports equipment (ping pong, Tennis, Pickle ball and others) to make sure they are in good working order for guest use</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>Be accessible to and approachable to residents/guests. ·</p> </li><li></li><li></li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in the hospitality or service industry</p> </li><li> <p>Experience and training in customer service is highly desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in an aquatic setting desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic cleaning skills</p> </li><li> <p>Work in a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and advanced communication skills a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Must present a professional image.
