<p>Job#: 3013136</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>PURPOSE:</p> <p>We are looking for a program specialist to execute tasks and activities for Hyatt's Global Quality Assurance program</p> <p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>This position will be responsible for supporting ongoing Global Quality Assurance program activities. This role will report to the Senior Manager Global QA overseeing QA programs and HyQuality product platforms. The role will have a responsibility for leading and executing tasks related to prioritized Quality Assurance administration, ongoing efforts, enhancements, and measurement initiatives. This role will manage tasks and collaborate with vendor teams and Hyatt colleagues. This individual will participate in regular meetings with stakeholders and integrate activities into the overall HyQuality programs.</p> <ul> <li>QA program duties: </li></ul> <p>oCreating schedules and aligning cross-functional resources</p> <p>oPreparing meeting materials (often PowerPoint presentations)</p> <p>oScheduling meetings</p> <p>oTaking and distributing meeting notes</p> <p>oMeeting follow-up</p> <ul> <li>Design, manage, and lead implementation activities for updates and expansion of the program </li></ul> <p>oEvaluation design and checklist versioning</p> <p>oEvaluation checklist versioning</p> <p>oSelf-evaluation programing support</p> <p>oPlanning and oversight of evaluation pilots</p> <p>oCross-functional coordination to align future QA program strategy with on-going Brand Standard efforts</p> <ul> <li>Overall program coordination and administration including: </li></ul> <p>oManagement and upkeep of program information on HyattConnect, ServiceNow, and other channels as necessary</p> <p>oSupport of assigned ad-hoc activities for updating of program content, communications, and documentation</p> <p>oDrafting program communications to field</p> <p>oAnswering program questions and/or routing questions to appropriate individuals</p> <p>oAssisting in the prioritization of QA requests, interfacing frequently with Hyatt IT</p> <p>oInvoicing (biweekly)</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values. </li><li>The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
